On 12th. June, 2010 thru 12th. July, 2010 there will be annual art and cultural festival in Bali knows as BALI’S ART FESTIVAL. This is one of the unique festivals in Indonesia.
Art and cultural parades will be officially opened by the Governor of Bali, Mr. I Made Mangku Pastika at Denpasar Square Park.
This parade will perform all Balinese dances and all Indonesian traditional dances from other island. Usually there are the contestants from other countries as Thailand, Malaysia, and China etc. This event is one of magnificent art and cultural performance in Indonesia.
It is not only good for tourists but also great for everyone who are really interested in learning and understanding about Balinese and Indonesian cultures.
The Bali’s Art Festival concept established since 1980th. When Bali is lead by Mr. Ida Bagus Mantra as the governor. In the beginning, Bali Art Festival to make a miniature of Balinese Culture and Art, hence everybody can learn and understand about Balinese Art and Culture.
When you will be at Bali during that period we strongly suggest you to visit this event at Bali’s ART CENTRE in Denpasar. You can see plenty of Balinese cultures and art creations as dances performance, foods festival, handy craft, traditional clothes and ancient photos collection about Bali in the past.
